Selling the Condo

We are taking a leap and selling our condo! I decided I couldn't have twins in a one bedroom (granted it's a very LARGE bedroom) condo. I thought I could, but I was reading my TWINSPIRATION book and it started stressing me out. So it's for sale! So we barely put it on the market, and low and behold came across an AMAZING deal on a townhouse. It was bank owned, newer, has a yard for Sky to play in and an upstairs with 3 bedrooms and a garage. Sold! We put an offer on it and that day it was accepted. Crap, now what do we do with our condo???? So we really need to sell it. Our closing date for the new townhouse is the end of August and I really don't want to pay two mortgages. Please tell your friends!
